Pokemon Saiph 2 is a Pokemon GBA ROM Hack by Vytron based on Pokemon Fire Red. And it is now available to download. It was last updated on December 5, 2023.

Description

The game takes place 3 years after the events of Pokémon Saiph and a few weeks after Pokémon Sors, however, it’s not too connected to the latter.

Micah along with Darlo, are returning from a formal event which Micah was invited to as Colen’s Champion and the Co-Leader of the world’s first ITP Group. (International Threat Prevention)

On the flight back, they get into a mysterious accident which results in the plane crashing. Micah and Darlo evacuate everyone, however, they themselves ended up being stranded in the faraway Regris Region! Micah is being treated by a Regrissian (The word used for someone from Regris just to be clear) girl and starts his mission to find Darlo, find a way to connect with Lori in Colen, and a way to return home… However, as always things aren’t as simple as that. Little does Micah know, that he is about to be involved in something even he hasn’t seen 3 years ago… (or Asher a few weeks ago for that matter).

Known Bugs

• Opening the EV IV Screen of a Pokémon which is inside a PC Box crashes the game (Sometimes it doesn’t, but it shows the wrong data/Pokémon)

• Opening the Town Map at certain areas places the location mark at the wrong spot (mostly side areas)
• TM Case visual issues (not game-breaking)

• ‘Use Vent’ and ‘Use Dive’ bubbles get messy if the start menu is opened (corrects itself if closed)

• Ingame Trades have custom moves, but they are only applied to the right Pokémon if the traded Pokémon was in the first slot in your party!

Emulator Compatibility

• Eclipse, VBA-M, No$GBA, and the 3DS GBA VC are not compatible with this romhack!
• VBA, mGBA, MyBoy, JohnGBA, and PizzaBoy 100% work (hardware like everdrive haven’t been tested)
• When it comes to cheats, you are on your own, as they can mess up the game, thus we won’t provide any cheat codes.
