When you finish dealing with the Pokemon Champion title in the Kohto Region, you will set your foot into another Region to find the answers you need about yourself because what you have found in Dragonstone 1 was not enough. So many questions are available in your head, they need to be answered. Well, you can find them yourself along your way. Remember that everything will not be so easy and maybe much more difficult than last time. Stronger opponents, more dangerous caves and dungeons, etc.. everything will combine together will make your adventure more interesting and challenging.
