Description

Experience Pokémon FireRed like never before—all of the original 151 Pokémon have been replaced with Mario characters and enemies! Each has custom movesets, types, abilities, and stats, bringing a fresh twist to the adventure.

  • Altered Most text to replace any mentions of actual Pokemon (May have missed a few though)
  • Made it so HuhWhat? can be caught in Cerulean Cave
  • Fixed some spelling errors on characters’ names
  • Exp. Share and Soothe Bell can now be obtained shortly after Brock
  • Lucky Egg is now the reward for catching 50 Pokemon
  • Rock Smash HMis now obtainable in place of the Moon Stone in the Rocket Hideout

  • Cactus Jack’s ability changed (Rough Skin > Limber) to make the first rival fight much more balanced
  • Made the Flamethrower TM available at the Pokemon Mansion
  • Made all the Rocket Grunts Double battles instead of leaving some out (Besides the one who has a single Pokemon)
  • Route 13/18 has the right wild encounters now
  • Fixed some of the spelling errors in the Pokedex (Mainly Species)
  • Fixed the rival having the wrong starter in his Pre Victory Road fight if you chose Cactus Jack (Oops)
  • Went and altered the Surfing and Fishing encounter tables so you can see where fishing Pokemon are meant to be (This mainly affected Chain Chomp and Blitty in the Pokedex Locations)

Known Issues

  • A Static encounter in Fire Path does not disappear if caught
  • The game has frozen once during the test, make sure to save often just to be safe
  • Setting more than one key item can be weird
  • Dex can show non-Mario characters
  • Some text when obtaining Gift Pokemon isn’t completely correct

Possible Future Updates

  • Replace any mention of any normal Pokemon from the hack
  • Replace all the overworld Pokemon Sprites with Mario enemies
  • Replace the intro scene and credits fully.
